Battery Car Storage
Want to bring your Battery car along? we have you covered with our dedicated storage room, accessible only from the inside it allows residents to bring larger mobility devices to use around town. Residents have the only keys, allowing them to charge and easily access the outside through large doors.

Emergency systems
Red cords can be found in every room and multiple times along corridors, we work to ensure that wherever you are you are able to call for help. Flats feature door security systems so you can feel at ease.

In house Laundry room
Our building has a communal laundry room complete with ironing board, free washing powder and a heater to keep you comfortable. Our housekeeping staff offer alternate laundry days if you need assistance with heavy loads. we currently have 5 washing machines and 4 dryers.
